- Pickup can be done anywhere in the Yogyakarta area, including hotels, homestays, villas, private homes, or public places.
- The above price includes car, driver, fuel and bottled water.
- Excluding entrance fees to tourist attractions, personal expenses, tips for drivers (voluntary).
- An additional fee for pickup at YIA Airport for VIP parking is IDR 150,000-IDR 200,000, depending on the size of the car.
- An additional transfer to YIA Airport after your Yogyakarta tour will be charged IDR 200,000 (can be paid directly to the driver).
- Overtime fees will be charged at 10% of the normal rental price and calculated on the first hour after the rental period ends.
- Use outside the city (for overland Java Bali) maximum 14 hours per day.
- An additional charge for driver overnight stays is IDR 150,000 – IDR 200,000 per night (only for out-of-town routes).
- Prices do not apply on Eid, Christmas and New Year holidays.

No, you can’t. We only provide car rental with driver and do not provide self-drive car rental, even if you have an International Driving License. This is for your comfort and safety during your trip in Yogyakarta. Because, traffic conditions in Yogyakarta may be different from traffic conditions in your country.
Yes, of course. Some drivers at Hire Driver Yogyakarta can speak foreign languages, especially English. However, its availability is very limited. We only have 12 drivers who are fluent in English, the rest speak Malay and Indonesian.
